1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which RIZINTEL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes refunds for payments made towards our IT services, software solutions, subscriptions, or any other products (“Services”).

2. General Refund Terms
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@rizintel.com.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days from approval.
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
A. Service-Based Projects (Custom Software, IT Consulting, etc.)
- Before Project Commencement: Full refund if cancellation is requested before work begins.
- During Project Execution: Partial refund based on work completed (deducting costs incurred).
- After Project Completion: No refund unless there is a breach of contract or failure to deliver as agreed.
B. Subscription Services (SaaS, Cloud Solutions, etc.)
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refund prorated for unused days if canceled within 7 days of purchase.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refund prorated for unused months if canceled within 30 days of purchase.
- No Refund After: Usage beyond the trial/cooling-off period.
C. Digital Products (Licensed Software, Downloadable Tools)
- No refund once the product is downloaded or accessed unless defective.
D. Training & Workshops
- Full refund if canceled 7 days before the scheduled date.
- 50% refund if canceled 48 hours before.
- No refund for no-shows or late cancellations.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Services already rendered or delivered as per agreement.
- Custom-developed software/features requested by the client.
- Third-party costs (licenses, hosting, API fees, etc.).
- Discounted or promotional purchases (unless specified otherwise).
5. Dispute Resolution & Refund Denial
- If a refund request is denied, we will provide a detailed explanation.
- Disputes may be escalated to arbitration in Noida, India, under Indian law.

- Your full name and contact details.
- Invoice/Payment reference number.
- Reason for refund request.
- Supporting documents (if applicable).
